Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? We accept unworn items in its original condition and packaging in exchange for store credit or another item within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Buyers are responsible for shipping cost to pharao jewelry hq. Pharao Jewelry will cover shipping costs of new item back to customer.
If there is a price difference between the item being returned compared to the requested exchange item, the customer will be responsible for the difference. If there is a credit due to the customer, that credit will be applied to the original form of payment back to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All personalized and sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
Accidents happen and we are here to help! If your item is damaged within 30 days from the day it is received, we are happy to repair the item for you free of charge.
If your item is damaged after 30 days from when it was received, we are happy to repair it for you for a small fee. Please contact us for more information.
